Beacon Bicycle Family

Bikeway at 430 Main Street will be wrapping things up at the end of October. We were unfortunately unable to come up with a lease agreement that would work for us in our world of the bicycle business.

We are, and have been, actively pursuing some other locations here in Beacon - some of us live here  (including me) - and we love this town, the community, and the cycling culture that continues to flourish. Thanks to all of you who are making that happen - it’s awesome!

For now, our main location in Wappingers is of course a short trip to the round-about by the airport, or if you prefer the Montgomery store is just over the bridge. Both have excellent staff and big selections. You can come see us in Mahopac or Middletown too!

Bikeway Mobile  - Yes we do have the Mobile Option. The Big Yellow Van will be in Beacon 3 times of week for pickup and drop off, saving you a trip and getting your bike back in 2-3 days. Call Wappingers at 845-463-7433 or email info@bikeway.com to schedule

For a small business it really means so very much, more than I can put down here, to have people choose to come into the store and spend their money and time with us - it’s truly amazing and we are so very thankful to all of you!
